Who do you see as the greatest racer of all time?

I have gone for Marcel Hirscher. At a time with so much strength in depth in the technical events and competition from the likes of Kristoffersen and Pinterault, to have dominated to such an extent and for so long takes some doing.

Of course he didn't achieve the number of victories of Stenmark but for me he's number 1.

Hmmm... pretty good choices so far.

I'd up vote Cath's choice. Just shy of the number of WC wins of Ingemar Stenmark but Lindsay Vonn did it in all 5 events. Stenmark specialised in the technical side and did not compete very much in the speed events. Similar for Marcel Hirscher.

Shiffrin may yet beat them all. Very strong in the technical events and showed with her two Super-G wins that she can mix it in the speed events as well.
